Before you start promoting to prospective
customers, follow the steps below:

Make sure you have all the required information to call MEO:
  • IBO - Name and IBO ID
  • Customer - Name, taxpayer number, email address, phone number and payment details
  • Call MEO customer service to place your order- 800 207 918
(free 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day)

The customer receives a confirmation email and SMS with T&Cs when the order has been placed with MEO. The router will then be dispatched. Once the installation is complete, the customer receives a welcome email from MEO and the service is active.
